Terms of Service
By setting up and maintaining a free adult site with Adult Share, you agree to all of the terms below.
Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account without prior notice.
1. The content of your site must be compliant with the U.S. and international laws.
2. In exchange for 100MB of disk space, with unlimited usage, you will allow us to place advertising at the top
and bottom of your pages. This will be done automatically. You may not change the HTML code automatically inserted
on your pages to display our advertising.
3. Using your account as a file storage is not permitted.
4. Spamming of any kind is strictly forbidden.
5. Maximum size of any one file is 200 KBytes. The following file types are allowed here: .htm, .html, .gif, .jpg,
.jpeg, .swf, .js.
6. No more than 20 images per HTML page. Maximum size of any one thumbnail file should not exceed 10 KBytes.
7. You cannot run CGI scripts from this server. Permissions for cgi scripts have been turned off in your directory.
8. Your site cannot contain frames.
9. Pictures may not be hotlinked from other sites.
10. Every picture must be contained in its own HTML page.
11. Adult Share makes no warranty of service, profit or other. Adult Share does not guarantee any length
of service, performance, up time or otherwise. Adult Share does not guarantee server up time or tech help.
Adult Share reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice and for any reason. Current
version of terms is always available here.
12. Adult Share reserves the right to terminate this service for anyone at any time for any reason, without prior
notice or warning. Breaking these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
