Notes:

-The primary URL MUST be written exactly as it is. Putting a "/" or anything else in front of it will ruin it and it will NOT work.

-The secondary URL is easier to remember but it displays a pop-up window when you use it, so it is better to use the primary instead. Webmasters should link to the primary URL. Above all do not link to the current URL as it may change if my site has to move again as it had to in the recent past.

Why all the fuss ?
Because the nature of things makes me change both URLs and emails a lot. I tend to speak my mind and draw what I want. That makes me a target for all kinds of people whose head should never have gotten out of their asses. That means that periodically I'll be kicked out, expelled, banned, harassed, spamed, until I have to change emails and/or sites.
That is why it's called the floating world.

The secondary  URL ( my emergency URL ) is a comercial forwarding URL. That means that you will have to pass through a delay page before you get to my site, or that you will see a popup add once you get there. This is the "price" they charge for their service. In order to avoid this small inconvenience you should use my current URL most of the time, or my primary URL and only use the emergency URLs in case of...er...an emergency, i.e., when you realize that the "current" URL is not there anymore. Or use it when you can't remember the others as it is really quite simple to know by heart.

Webmasters, of course, who wish to link to my site, should use the primary URL, to make sure they don't have to change their bookmarks later.

If all else fails?
It may happen that one day I will be censored out of even my emergency URLs. They are, after all, companies who have an interest in making money and that sometimes means kicking out "troublemakers". In that case you can allways wait a while and then search the web. If I am alive then altavista knows where I am. Look for something like "+hikari +kage +floating +world" and chances are you will find me. Also, I tend to post pictures to the usual newsgroups. Learn to search the Web! It's a weapon you should have domain of.
